This policy applies to personal information processed by Eden Software Limited (“ESL”), this includes any personal information on our websites, mobile applications (“App”) and any other online/offline offerings (collectively known as “Services”)

How we Collect Information You Provide

Account Creation

Upon account creation, we collect your Full Name, Username and Email Address. The App also generates a random and anonymous User ID which is stored. Other information may be collected when using a third-party service provider.

Streaming Data

We collect music streaming data from your chosen music streaming provider. We collect your Currently Playing Song (Song Name, Album Name, Artist Name) and your Music Service Provider (e.g Apple Music).

Social Media Content

Any content you provide via social media or other methods are provided with the understanding that it may be used commercially, royalty free, with or without credit to you.

Information Collected Automatically or Collected by Others

Automatic Collection

We may collect certain information automatically when you use the Ping Website. This information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile advertising, other unique identifiers, details about your browser, operating system, Internet Service Provider (ISP), pages you’ve visited before, during and after the use of the Ping Website, information about the links you click, and other information about how you use the Ping Website.

Analytics

We may use Google Cloud Data analytics to collect information regarding visitor demographics on the Ping Website. You can opt out of Google’s collection and processing of data generated by your use of the Ping Website by going to tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Communication and Newsletters

Automatic Subscription

When you register for the "Ping" app, you are automatically subscribed to our monthly newsletter. This newsletter is designed to provide you with updates about new features, music recommendations, and other relevant information related to the app. By registering for the app, you consent to receiving these communications from us via the email address you provided during registration. Your email address, collected during the registration process, will be used solely for the purpose of sending you the newsletter and essential app-related communications. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Unsubscribing

If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can easily unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link provided at the bottom of each newsletter email. Please note that even if you choose to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you may still receive essential communications from us related to your account, app updates, and important announcements.

How We Use Your Information

  • Fulfil requests for the App and Services, provide support and information for internal operations, including troubleshooting, testing, research, statistical analysis and to act on your feedback.

Ping may use third party application programming interfaces (“APIs”) and software development kits (“SDKs”) as part of the functionality of our services. How We Share Your Information

Service Providers

We may share any personal information we collect about you with our third-party service providers. The categories of service providers (“Processor(s)”) to who we entrust personal information include: IT and related services, information and services and user service providers.

Disclosures

We may access, preserve and disclose any information we store associated with you to external parties if ESL, in good faith, believe doing so is required or appropriate to: comply with law enforcement or national security requests and legal processes, such as a court order or subpoena, protect your, our or others’ rights, property, or safety, enforce our policies, assist in an investigation/prosecution of suspected or actual illegal activity.

In the Event of a Merger/Sale or Other Asset Transfer

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganisation, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase of sale of assets or transition of service to another Processor, then your information may be sold or transferred as a part of such transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract.

International Data Transfer

You agree that all information processed by us may be transferred, processed and stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, the United State or other countries, which may have data protection laws that are different from the laws where you live. We have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal information will remain protected and require our third-party service providers and partners to have appropriate safeguards as well.

Your Choices

General

You have certain choices about your personal information. Where you have consented to the processing of your personal information, you may withdraw from tat consent at any time and prevent further processing by contacting us.

Mobile Communications

Your Rights

Access

Have access to your personal information. In addition, you may also have the right to receive or have your electronic personal information transferred to another party.

Deletion

Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exception prescribed by law. We may offer self-service tools that allow you to delete your personal information or we may refer you to the controller of your personal information who will then be able to delete your data.

Object to Processing

Request restriction of or object to processing of your personal information, including the right to opt in or out of the sale of your personal information to third parties, if applicable, where such requests are permitted by law.
